In the latest newsletter from BiNA Family Hospitality, the restaurant group (which includes jm Curley, Bogie's Place, Bin 26 Enoteca, and Lala Rokh), quietly snuck in a logo for a new endeavor named Merrill & Co., opening in spring 2014 (or so says the logo). No other information is available at this time, but it seems likely that there's a connection with the rumor reported by South End blogger BosGuy — that a restaurant from the jm Curley owners would be moving into the old 28 Degrees space. Either that, or they're getting into the guitar manufacturing business.
General manager Suzanne Dagenais confirmed to BosGuy that they're looking at that space, but nothing has been signed yet, and it will not be a second location of jm Curley. Stay tuned for more, and hit up the tipline with any intel.
