As you may know, Mei Mei — the shiny new brick-and-mortar location from food truck Mei Mei Street Kitchen — is now open with a limited menu and hours in Audubon Circle, ramping up over the next couple of weeks to full dinner service, late-night bites, and more. Here's a look inside the cozy space, from cheerfully colored stools and chairs to neatly lined up bottles of the internet's favorite chili sauce, Sriracha.
