The three finalists for yesterday's Chef of the Year poll are Tim Maslow, Tony Maws, and Kristen Kish; next, the Eater editorial team will choose a winner, which will be announced at the Eater Awards on Monday, our fourth annual celebration of all that's made America's restaurant world run—and run wild—in the past twelve months. Winners will be selected in five major categories at both the local and national levels.
