SOMERVILLE — Twice a year, Beacon Hill Bistro gets a special Mangalitsa pig, hand-raised by Pete and Jen's Backyard Birds in Concord. Executive chef Josh Lewin is taking half of this season's pig to Cuisine en Locale's new event space in Somerville for a butchering class and Sunday supper on November 17th, 1pm to 4pm.
