With so many new restaurants and bars opening up all the time, bartender turnover can be quick. Many of the area's best young mixologists have already accumulated large family trees, so to speak, working their way up the ladders at a few different spots and transitioning from mentee to mentor. But then there are the lifers, the ones you've seen tending bar at the same spots for years — decades, even. For today's open thread, Eater wants to know about your favorite lifer bartenders, the ones who have been in the same place for at least ten years, maybe many more. Where can they be found?
