Roxy's vs. El Pelon; Revelry for Charity at jm Curley

BRIGHTON — El Pelon and Roxy's Grilled Cheese are "dresssing as each other" for a Halloween-themed fund raiser the evening of October 30. Tickets are $25 (with t-shirt, $15 without) and include a "burrito-inspired grilled cheese" and a "Roxy's grilled cheese-inspired burrito." Guests will get to pick a winner, and the proceeds will go to a charity of the winner's choosing. [Eventbrite]

DOWNTOWN CROSSING — A few tickets remain for this Sunday night's Revely for Charity dinner. The monthly event teams two well-known chefs — one local, one from elsewhere — to put out a multi-course meal at jm Curley. This month feature's Michael Serpa of Neptune Oysters and Ryan Trimm of Sweet Grass in Memphis. Tickets are $125, inclusive of tip and drinks, and proceeds are split between charities of the chefs' choice. [Eventbrite]

SOUTH END — Tremont 647 is hosting their final "Eating with the Ecosystem" local seafood dinner series on November 4.
