Felipe's Taqueria Will Take Over Former Bertucci's Space

Felipe's Taqueria is more than doubling in size sometime around February, moving from its current location in Harvard Square's The Garage to the recently vacated Bertucci's space on Brattle St. nearby, reports The Harvard Crimson. The move will allow Felipe's to expand its menu (adding fish dishes and tortillas made in-house, for example) and begin offering beer and wine, as well as outdoor seating.

Felipe's co-owner Tom Brush is also behind Flat Patties, just a few doors down from the longtime Bertucci's space (and also formerly in The Garage before moving to Brattle St.), and his daughter Marley co-owns Crema Cafe on the same block. The original Felipe's location will stay open until its lease expires in March.
