b. good Expands to Portland, Maine

Photo: Tom Minervino/Eater Maine

Boston-based burger chain b. good, which has 11 Massachusetts locations and another in Glastonbury, Connecticut, opens its newest outlet tomorrow, this time in Portland's Old Port neighborhood. Eater Maine has a peek inside the two-story location, which features a "tap room" upstairs. The 10-year-old fast-food chain prides itself on "real" food ("made by people, not factories"), offering burgers made with local beef, salads that change seasonally, and the like. Oh, and they sometimes have people run marathons in burger costumes.
