Washington Square newbie Ribelle is giving early guests the opportunity to taste three courses for $30. The "shotgun tasting menu" changes frequently and is available daily from 5pm to 6:30pm. Current offerings include options like pappardelle with bolognese, kale, and pork skin; rigatoni with octopus, smoked tomato, and fennel; and olive oil ice cream with a chocolate shell.
Meanwhile, the later crowd can indulge in a special pizza and sub menu, at least on weekends. From 11pm to 1am on Fridays and Saturdays, look for meatballs subs, white clam pizzas, and the like.
