Some 'Ting Nice Caribbean Restaurant opens in Somerville this Friday, and general manager Kirk Cambridge-Delpesche sent Eater a copy of the menu, which is indeed full of nice things from all around the Caribbean. What to expect: breakfasts of smoked herring or salt mackerel with dumplings; soups (cow heel, chowder, more) and salads; wraps, burgers, and roti; hearty seafood entrees; vegan sides like curried string beans and fried plantains; and lots more.
