Sox fans who aren't interested in the neighborhood's pervasive hot dogs and the like have a new option in an unexpected place. The Fenway location of Jerry Remy's has released a dedicated vegan and vegetarian menu, and there's more on it than the obligatory hummus plate that some restaurants use to meet a veggie quota. The new options run the protein gamut from tofu to tempeh to seitan, and there are sandwiches and burgers in addition to the obvious salads. Every item is $9.99. Elsewhere on the dietary needs spectrum, there are gluten-free rolls and pasta available for substitution throughout the full menu.
