Breakfast Taco Pop-Up; Lineage Fires Up the Wood Oven

SOUTH END — Estelle's executive chef Eric Gburski, an East Coast Grill alum, is bringing a little bit of his alma mater to Estelle's lunch menu, which has just been revamped for the season. Look for the apparent Hell Night homage, the "Dr. Pepper" Wicked Hot Scotch Bonnet Sausage Po' Boy, featuring house-made Inner Beauty hot sauce. [Press Release]

UNION SQUARE — Josh Lewin, executive chef at Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro, teased Twitter with news of a "breakfast taco pop up" in Somerville's Union Square in November. More will be revealed soon, but in the meantime, dream of tacos. [Twitter]

COOLIDGE CORNER — Autumn means the opening of the wood oven at Lineage in Brookline. A variety of new menu items make use of the apparatus, from roasted bone marrow with pork cheeks and and pickled hot peppers to flatbreads that change weekly. [Press Release]
