The owners of Rox Diner, which has locations in West Roxbury and Newtonville, are expanding to Newton Highlands with a new restaurant called Rox Café, says the Globe. The cafe will have a bar and a market and is headed for the former Baker's Best space on Lincoln Street. [BG]
