Harvard Square music venue/restaurant The Sinclair had threatened to add lunch and brunch service, and now it's walking the walk. Lunch begins on Monday, February 4, and a Saturday and Sunday brunch will be available as of next weekend, starting February 9. Both meals will run from 11AM to 3PM. But what will The Sinclair serve during daylight? Good question. For brunch, dishes include crab benedict with creole hollandaise and tasso ham ($14) and an apple oven-baked pancake (so an ovencake) with star anise butter and maple syrup ($12). For lunch, there's a Cobb salad with pulled pork and cornbread "crumble" ($12), a roast beef and shrimp po' boy ($12) and a Muffaletta ($13). Note the various New Orleans influences. And of course there will be brunch cocktails, including a Bloody Mary with smoked pork belly. See below for all three menus.
