Blue Dragon Will Have Guy Fieri-Influenced Fries

Ming Tsai's upcoming Fort Point Asian-inspired gastropub Blue Dragon is slated to open next month, and The Improper Bostonian shares details about the space. The magazine reports that the interior walls are part exposed brick, part chunk of a barn, and therefore all 2013. The bar will be "as large as the open kitchen," most of the 80 seats will be bar-height and there will be a communal table plus one big booth. Sixteen sidewalk seats may be in the cards, too.

In terms of drinks, Blue Dragon will serve wine on tap and a Dragon Bowl, which is like a Scorpion Bowl, only it's named after a larger scary animal. But the biggest surprise may be that the French fry recipe involves "a tip from longtime friend Guy Fieri."
