It's 19 degrees out in Cambridge, and with the windchill it allegedly feels more like 4, but experiential knowledge suggests that it feels much, much colder. So it was a little surprising to see this table set up in front of Harvest of India on Mass Ave today. There's no water in those glasses because it would freeze. There's no people at that table because they would die.
