BEACON HILL - Tomorrow chef Lydia Shire rolls out a new winter menu at Scampo in The Liberty Hotel. Additions include rock crab bisque with crab mousse dumplings; unagi pizza with sweet potato, fig jam and horseradish; bucatini with mussels roasted in white almond romesco; and salt cod ravioli with roasted pork belly and Tuscan kale.
