A patron of Centerfolds strip club on the edge of Chinatown is being charged with larceny after refusing to pay a bill for $770. UniversalHUB hears that the guy "grew belligerent" when he saw the tab after having been to the upstairs section of the club, "where customers can pay extra for private viewings." [UH, BG]
