WATERFRONT - Soon that fantasy of buying a Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte within a scone's throw of Boston Harbor will be fulfillable. Yes, Starbucks is planning to open a location on Rowes Wharf, says NorthEndWaterfront.com. The companying is looking at 30 Rowes Wharf, "adjacent to the famous arch, including a seasonal patio."
