FINANCIAL DISTRICT - The owners of the building at 100 Federal Street are considering plans to add dining establishments to the plaza. The Globe says one possible outcome entails "enclosing a portion of the plaza in a glass structure for restaurants and food-oriented retail businesses." [BG]
