Centre Street Sanctuary is indeed headed for JP, and earlier reports suggested that the restaurant, opening in what was once a Catholic church, would be religion-themed. For instance, menu sections possibly including "In the Beginning," "Creations" and "Temptations." The Jamaica Plain Patch caught a job posting on BostonChefs.com that says the restaurant is "opening soon." The 12 to 20-seat restaurant will occupy a structure on the Blessed Sacrament campus that dates back to the 1890's, and as fun as it is to speculate about additional details of a churchy restaurant, no actual further information is available at this time.
