Tony Maws, Jody Adams, Mary Dumont and More to Star in Video About How Great Pressure Cookers Are

A who's who of Boston area chefs will be featured in a short film that will coincide with the release date of the upcoming cookbook Pressure Cooker Perfection by the Brookline-based America's Test Kitchen. Participating chefs include Tony Maws of Craigie on Main, Jody Adams of Rialto and Trade, Mary Dumont of Harvest and Dante de Magistris of dante. An ATK representative says the book, due out in March, will celebrate "the unfairly maligned appliance" in all its glory. The video, "Why Chefs Love Pressure Cookers," will appear on YouTube. Recipes in the book range from parmesan risotto to pork vindaloo: see below for the full list of those and stay tuned for that video.
