Counter Culture Coffee Center Opens Next Week

If you had any doubt that Somerville was a hotbed for all things edible and that Union Square was where it's all going down, consider the fact that Union is getting a coffee training center. Very soon, in fact. The North Carolina-based company Counter Culture Coffee says it will hold an open house in one week on September 15 at its brand new Somerville establishment. And just what is a coffee training center? It its own words, the venue will be "dedicated to cutting-edge coffee education curriculum, wholesale customer support, and hands-on training for coffee and food professionals, as well as home coffee enthusiasts."
