YumeWoKatare Will Encourage You to Dream

When asked about the menu at the upcoming Porter Square ramen shop YumeWoKatare, which hails from Japan, owner Tsuyoshi Nishioka made his intentions clear, writing "The menu is only One. It's just ra-men." Nishioka also provided some details about an interactive feature of the decor. As reported earlier, he says that the restaurant's name translates to "talk about your dream," and so a portion of the wall space will give customers the chance to share their own dreams.

One of Nishioka's dreams was to take his business international - cross that off the list - and he expressed his desire for everyone else's dreams to come true, too. Of course for a city in the throws of full-blown ramen madness, YumeWoKatare itself will probably fulfill some of those dreams.
