Beacon Hill may be getting a new Mongolian restaurant in the space that formerly housed The Spotted Apron on Cambridge St. The Beacon Hill Patch caught wind of the proposed restaurant from the agenda for a recent licensing meeting, and those notes say that the owner of the Mongolian restaurant has already signed a lease and is awaiting a verdict on its proposal. The restaurant would serve "authentic Mongolian cuisine," would have 59 seats and would serve from 10am to 11pm daily. Could that mean Boston's first Mongolian breakfast?
