New details have emerged for the upcoming South End restaurant BoMa, slated to open next week. UrbanDaddy shares a full menu preview, which shows dishes divided between "Small Plates" (duck fat fries), "Lighter Fare" (a burger with duck fat fries), "Large Plates" (chestnut ravioli with duck confit), "Tiny Plates" (crispy shrimp with "pickled heat" and chili chocolate), and "Sweet Stuff" (root beer float). UrbanDaddy reports that the
interior includes "gray leather, scratch-aged beams... and a handmade giant indoor trestle, dimly lit by braided driftwood lighting fixtures." Only the "hottest new restaurant" would have the guts to list a burger with duck fat fries on "Lighter Fare."
