Pumpkin Chai Martinis and Beef Wellington for Sterling's?

From the restaurant group that ran the recently shuttered Purple Shamrock comes a new opening - well, another new opening, since they also just opened Granary Tavern. The Glynn Hospitality Group originally planned to open Sterling's this summer, but things got delayed with the closing of the Shamrock, and it's looking like it might take until November at this point. Recent posts on Sterling's Facebook page indicate that the team met with architects and designers last week and they're beginning to develop the menu and go on an "R&D tour" around town. The page is also full of stock food porn with captions about possibly putting similar things on the menu (pumpkin chai martini and beef wellington, for example). The huge space will have an old steakhouse feel, complete with leather booths, according to a rep. There will be room for 120 inside, 120 on an outside patio, and another 38 at an outdoor bar/kitchen.
