BoMA to Open by Next Friday

Photo: BosGuy

212_2007_09_efp.jpgLocal blogger BosGuy got a sneak peek into BoMa, opening next week in the South End. Head chef Chris Bussell (Butterfish, Ten Tables, Foundry on Elm) told BosGuy that the restaurant would open by next Friday and hinted at a menu with (mostly) size-based categories: tiny plates, small plates, medium plates, large plates, and sweet plates. (Here's hoping "sweet" corresponds with "huge.") As previously reported, BoMa has already declared itself to be the "hottest new restaurant," so it's going to have to work hard to live up to the hype. It's in the space that used to house Pho Republique, and it will feature seasonal, local ingredients in its multi-sized dishes.
