Baja Taco Truck is Boston's Newest Food Truck

The Baja Taco Truck has now joined Boston's growing food truck fleet. The truck serves "San Diego-style tacos, tostadas, and burritos," says Thrillist. The Baja Taco Truck openend for business last Monday, September 10, and is now selling tacos in Brookline near BU on Comm Ave and also plans to venture into Boston proper and the burbs (Waltham). The truck is owned by San Diego native Bryan Peugh - the truck itself comes from points west as well - who was disappointed to find his cuisine lacking here, or so goes the origin story on Facebook.
