Today Bravo unveiled the lineup for the tenth season of Top Chef, which will be set in Seattle and will feature two Boston chefs. The first episode of the new season airs Wednesday, November 7, at 10pm. Tune in then to see Stephanie Cmar, a rounds cook at Barbary Lynch's award-winning Beacon Hill restaurant No. 9 Park, plus another chef from the Lynch brigade: Kristen Kish, the chef de cuisine at Stir, the South End combination demo kitchen and cookbook store. Cmar and Kish will be judged by Padma Lakshmi and Tom Colicchio as usual, plus celebrity chef and airport pizza restaurateur Wolfgang Puck, Gail Simmons of Food & Wine, chef-author and Southern foods advocate Hugh Acheson and also that "Bam!" guy Emeril Lagasse. Boston had hoped to host Top Chef right here, but obviously that didn't happen, though the contest that ensued did result in some Boston-bashing from the mayor of Portland, OR.
