An unnamed, upcoming South End restaurant has now entered the hiring phase according to a Craigslist job posting, but as of now it is unclear whether this is a known or unknown opening. The post says "One of Boston's Hottest Restaurant Groups is Gearing up to Launch A Highly Anticipated Restaurant" and seeks a chef de cuisine, sous chef and executive sous chef. The restaurant wants "Strong Butchery Skills" and adds that "Additionally A Strong Understanding of The Cow would Also be Very Useful." Though none of these quite fit the requisite beef-centric concept described in the post, it's possible that this "Highly Anticipated Restaurant" is one of the following upcoming South End openings: Estelle's, BoMa , Cinquecento.
