Lincoln Bar & Restaurant Coming to South Boston

A new venue called Lincoln Bar & Restaurant is bound for West Broadway in South Boston and is now in the hiring phase, which suggests that it will open sometime this fall. Boston Restaurant Talk reports that news and notices that Lincoln will serve "New American fare as well as pizza and a weekend brunch (it will only be open for dinner on weekdays)." According to BRT, Lincoln's chef will be Nicholas Dixon, an alum of restaurants including Lucky's Lounge and Harvard Gardens. A Boston Herald article from July says that the Eat Drink Laugh Restaurant Group, which owns both the Beacon Hill and South Boston locations of The Paramount, is involved in a new restaurant at this same address.
