A hearing scheduled for next week might allow Osushi, a Japanese restaurant and sushi bar within the Westin Copley, to add a second location at 104 Mount Auburn St. in Harvard Square, according to Boston Restaurant Talk. The space is currently registered to a never-opened restaurant called Kitchen Sushi and Lounge, and the application seeks to change the name to Osushi Cambridge and change the manager to Timoleon Panagopoulos, who is the owner of the Back Bay Osushi. According to the restaurant's website, the existing location "attracts Copley Westin tourists and sushi-loving movers and shakers," and the single dining room features high-backed booths, "perfect for couples looking to loosen up via the sake train."
