Belly Wine Bar Shoots for Early September

The upcoming Kendall Square addition Belly Wine Bar + Charcuterie has shared an updated opening timeframe via Twitter, saying that it's now aiming for "a week or so into September." Belly comes from the team behind The Blue Room and Central Bottle, and it's a fair bet that the new venue will feature elements from both predecessors, since the website depicts a Venn diagram linking all three. Belly can be found "down the steps to the blue room and turn left" and already has its first two of ten cheeses picked out for a weekly rotation: Shropshire Blue and Stichelton (also blue). The restaurant's website also reports that "The orange wine is running freely."
