Bon Me Brick-and-Mortar Update

A tipster tells Eater that the rumored Kendall Sqaure Bon Me brick-and-mortar restaurant hopes to open adjacent to The Friendly Toast. Said tipster reports that there's a sign on the space saying Bon Me will seek approval at a hearing on August 9. That location would be consistent with Boston Restaurant Talk's earlier report that it would be "close" to West Bridge. Bon Me began (and will remain) as a food truck serving Vietnamese fare and has been talking about going immobile since April. Got a tip of your own? Hit up the tipline!
