Chef Chris Bussell may head the kitchen at the upcoming South End restaurant BoMa according to a comment by an anonymous Eater reader. Bussell was chef-owner at the former Butterfish in Cambridge (prior to the great butterfish scandal), now a Ten Tables, and has served as executive chef at Foundry on Elm. However that restaurant's website no longer lists him as part of the team, so perhaps he is indeed BoMa-bound. BoMa is headed for the space that was previously the Bombay Club and was once Pho Republique. BosGuy notes that BoMa hopes to open as soon as the middle of this month.
