Hops N Scotch to Deluge Coolidge Corner Wednesday

The quickly upcoming bar and restaurant Hops N Scotch plans to leave Coolidge Corner awash in its namesake liquids starting this Wednesday, August 8. Man-about-Twitter BostonTweet reports that Hops N Scotch will officially open then and will feature "80 craft beers (30 drafts) and 80 bourbons & Scotches." What with its 124 seats, 2 AM license and massive array of booze, it's safe to say that Coolidge Corner may never be the same. The restaurant reports via Facebook that it tested the waters with a soft-opening this past weekend.
