Chic-2b-Gay Fried Chicken at dbar; Battle of the Burger

DORCHESTER - Dorchester restaurant and nightclub dbar has created a "chic-2b-gay" fried chicken entree in response to the recent Chick-fil-a controversy around gay marriage. 100% of proceeds from chic-2b-gay sales will be donated to the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD). DOWNTOWN - Earl of Sandwich, a take-out sandwich place set to move into the Pink Palace, a small structure in the middle of Boston Common, has run into a slight licensing delay due to a missed paperwork deadline. The spot is still expected to open later this month. [BI]
