Mike & Patty's Is 'Closed Until Further Notice'

The beloved little Mike & Patty's in Bay Village is now "closed until further notice." That's what the message on the restaurant's voicemail recording says and the same goes for the website. Regulars and followers of Mike & Patty's Twitter feed may not be all that shocked, since a series of tweets indicates that the restaurant has been closing for shorter periods of time throughout the past few months. Mike & Patty's also closed temporarily back in April for a menu overhaul among other changes. Mike & Patty's replaced Rachel's Kitchen back in 2008. Got a tip about Mike & Patty's? Update: Chowder contributor Leah Mennies shares a statement from Mike, who says the closure is not permanent and that he "may, in fact, be open a few days next week." [Twitter]
