Tip Tap Room Unleashes a Dozen New Cocktails

First came the tips and taps, and here come the cocktails. Chef Brian Poe's newish Tip Tap Room in Beacon Hill has finalized its spirits selections including a dozen new craft cocktails. That means you can now encounter cocktails like the Pisco Mojito and Hemingway Daiquiri in addition to TTR's existing 68 whiskeys (including bourbon and scotch), 36 draft beers and what it claims are over one hundred additional, presumably bottled beers. But what are those twelve new cocktails? Funny you should ask.

Mexico City Margarita: Hornitos Reposado tequila, Cointreau, lemon, lime ($12)
Watermelon Margarita: Avion tequila, King's ginger liqueur, fresh watermelon, lime ($11)
Irish Pal: Jameson, Campari, Sweet & Dry Vermouth ($12)
Strawberry Rye Fields: Jim Beam Rye, Myer's Dark Rum, Ruffino prosecco, fresh strawberries ($10)
The J.P.: Maker's Mark, Sweet & Dry Vermouth, Fernet Branca, some kind of bitters ($11)
Cucumber Lavender Gimlet: Crop Organic Cucumber vodka, fresh cucumber, lavender, lime ($11)
Ginger Collins: Ultimat vodka, King's ginger liqueur, lime, soda ($11)
Lavender Aviation: Bombay gin, maraschino liqueur, lavender, lemon ($11)
The Last Word: Bulldog gin, green chartreuse, lemon ($12)
Pisco Mojito: Macchu Pisco, Malibu, mint, lime, soda ($11)
Blood Orange Caipirinha: Ypioca Cachaça, blood orange, lime ($11)
Hemingway Daiquiri: Bacardi, maraschino liqueur, grapefruit, lime ($11)
