Les Zygomates, Sorriso Owner to Open Society on High

Sorriso and Les Zygomates chef-owner Ian Just has a new venue up his sleeve, which will be called Society on High. Zagat reports that Society on High will be "a late-night eatery" at 99 High Street in the Financial District, that it could open by November, and will have 140 seats indoors plus another 60 at an outdoor "plaza" and bar. And the food? You're not going to believe this: "The focus will be on locally sourced ingredients for his New England cuisine." Just is an Ecole Superieure de Cuisine Francaise grad and an alum of the Les Zygomates in Paris and of the former Maison Robert in Boston.
