Simon's Too Plans to Take Over Canteen

Simon's Coffee Shop on Mass Ave in Cambridge is looking to expand further down Mass Ave to take over what is currently Canteen. The new venue would be called Simon's Too according the notes from a recent Cambridge license commission meeting. Per those notes, the space would largely stay the same, with the same amount of seating (26) and same hours. Coffee will be a presence, and the menu will be "not as extensive" than that of Canteen but similar to the menu at the existing Simon's, with soups, sandwiches and baked goods. Canteen remains open, though the owner of Simon's Too is looking at having his new place open by next month. But then what would happen to the disembodied Arrow Street Crepes?
