Flour chef-owner Joanne Chang says that she plans to open another location of the monstrously popular bakery and cafe. Chang conducted an interview on Twitter with the Boston Business Journal this morning, and when asked if she planned to expand the three-strong concept, she tweeted "Yes! We hope to reveal location soon!! We're very excited!" She then responded to a follow-up quetweetstion saying "I'm done w four! Swear. Maybe five. But then really truly done." Chang previously mentioned that she had considered the former Upper Crust space on Comm Ave that will soon become an Otto Pizza.
