It's Friday, and that means it's time for Curbed Cuts: all the latest neighborhood news from our sister site Curbed Boston.

BOSTON - It's the hottest Boston condo market in years, we all know that by now. We thought, then, that this would be as good a time as any to introduce a monumental map: the Curbed Boston 76. It tells where the city's top condo buildings are, old and new; what's special about each; how many units they have; and details about their last big sales.

BACK BAY - A spread at The Clarendon at 400 Stuart Street just hit the market for $15,000 a month. What'd you get? Two thousand square feet; three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom; and gobsmacking city views. There is a $500 move-in fee and you have to get by the board first.

BACK BAY - We unearthed grainy floorplans of Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen's world-famous penthouse at 310 Beacon Street, the one that sold a couple of months ago for $9.2M. It turns out it's not a duplex, as was oft-cited. It's at least a triplex, with the couple having controlled 48 square feet on floor 2 as well as all of floors 3 and 4 (plus rooftop and deck space!)

BEACON HILL - There was a $149,000 price-chop at the Church Court condos, the soaring beauts carved out of the old Mount Vernon Church. The 3-BR, 2.5-BA, 1,660-square-foot triplex is now asking a still-formidable $1,050,000.
