Sisters Carla and Christine Pallotta are planning to open a second location of their upscale Italian restaurant Nebo on the waterfront, according to the Herald. The original spot, located on the edge of the North End at 90 N. Washington St., features house-made pasta and bread, imported Italian meats, and an extensive gluten-free menu. The Pallottas hope to expand to 520-530 Atlantic Ave., next to Trade; the 104-seat dining room would be supplemented by a large bar and outdoor dining patio. They have applied for a liquor license transfer from Joe Tecce’s Ristorante & Cafe, a former neighbor of the original Nebo location.
