Plans are coming together for Melnea Cass Boulevard in Roxbury, including a new restaurant and a nightclub as part of a $63 million hotel, retail and residential complex. In the words of one official: “We want Roxbury to be a choice where maybe you don’t have to go all the way to Jamaica Plain, Braintree, or Framingham... to sit down for a good meal and have a glass of vino.” [BG]
