According to a listing posted on Craigslist today, Central Square's Craigie on Main will be holding open interviews tomorrow and Saturday for sous chefs, tournants, and line cooks. "Craigie Kitchen is embarking on the next phase of their growth," mentions the posting cryptically. Could the restaurant be expanding the existing space or even adding a new location? When reached for comment, a surprised rep hadn't heard anything yet regarding "growth." A pastry assistant position is also open. Before the restaurant existed in its current location, it was in a smaller space on Craigie Street, where it was known as Craigie Street Bistrot.
Update: A rep has confirmed that Craigie is not expanding or extending hours, but they are busier than ever and want to "bulk up the team" in order to keep offering diners "cool things" while "pushing the envelope even more."
