3Potato4 to Fill Boston's Space-Themed Baked Fry Void

A Salem-based baked fry shop called 3Potato4 has its sights set on a Boston location, reports Chowder. The shop "will be headed to Boston soon, with potential outposts at the Prudential Center and in the W Hotel in the Theater District" and also has designs on expanding to Vegas, New Orleans and New York. The company serves baked fries, and apparently little else, and claims that it will "supply a potato super food in an eco-responsible and sustainable fashion." Rich in concepts, 3Potato4 also boasts an outer space theme apparent in its decor, and in the fact that its website lists locations as "space stations." First, Salem, then, the galaxy!
