Whole Hog Dinner at Craigie; French BBQ

CAMBRIDGE- On July 11th, Craigie on Main hosts its fifth Whole Hog Dinner. Chef Tony Maws orders hogs direct from Vermont farmers and will serve up "a six-course dinner of all the porcine pleasures," which tentatively includes salad of cured pork and plums with lardo, guanciale, and smoked heart and slow roasted pig neck “Dijonaise.” [Official site]

BAY VILLAGE- In honor of Bastille Day, Pigalle is grilling up French BBQ on the patio on Sunday, July 15th beginning at 5pm. Twenty dollars per person gets you a French feast that includes grilled house-made pork sausage, grilled blue point oysters, and madeira glazed BBQ foie gras, just to name a few. [Official site]
