Hops N Scotch Bar and Grill is on track to soft open next week in the former Finale space in Coolidge Corner, according to the restaurant's Facebook page. The "gastrolounge" will feature a large selection of craft beers, scotch, whiskey, and bourbon, along with casual comfort food. Appropriate to the drink theme, the two-story space is predominantly brown, with long leather booths and hardwood floors. Designer Stephen Sousa has worked on many other restaurants around Boston, including the soon-to-open City Landing. Hops N Scotch is owned by the owners of Coolidge Corner Wine and Spirits, located just a few doors down.
